Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the third respondent to regularize petitioner's services as Secondary Grade Assistant Teacher for the period from 06.11.2009 to 02.01.2011 and to direct the second respondent to pay to the petitioner salary with all attendant benefits for the period from 06.11.2009 to 02.01.2011 as Secondary Grade Assistant Teacher including the monetary loss of future increments, its effects on petitioner's pension and all consequential and post-retirement benefits arising out of regularization of petitioner's service.
