Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the respondents, particularly the order of the 1st respondent dated 02.05.2008, made in File No. CBSE/AFF/RTI/1930040/2008/127846 and quash the same as illegal, unlawful, against the principles of natural justice and in contravention of the Right to Information Act, 2005 and consequently direct the 1st respondent to provide all such particulars and information as per the requisition sought for in the petitioner's letter dated 14.02.2008 within the timeframe to be stipulated by this Court.
