This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 211 days in filing the above appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on both sides.

3.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 211 days is condoned, subject to the condition that the claimant/petitioner will not be entitled to any interest for the delay period i.e., for 211 days, in the appeal.

4.This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered, accordingly.
