This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 490 days in representing the second appeal.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition:

"the petitioner/appellant is directed to pay a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the credit of "Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court of Madras", on or before 21.09.2023.

3. Post the matter on 26.09.2023 for reporting compliance.
