This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 74 days in filing the above criminal appeal against the judgment dated 30.01.2025 made in S.C.No.134 of 2019 on the file of the Sessions Judge, Mahila Court/Additional Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, Coimbatore.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 74 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
