ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to disburse the monthly pension due payable to the petitioner from 22.10.2003 till August 2021 (214 months), with interest at the rate of 18% per annum for the delayed payment including Dearness Allowance for the above said period and other monetary benefits by considering the petitioner's representations dated 02.03.2022 and 15.04.2023. 2.The grievance of the Writ Petitioner is that though he was compulsorily retired, the retirement benefits has not been paid to the petitioner. In this regard, the petitioner gave representations, dated 02.03.2022 and 15.04.2023 to the respondents, but the same were not considered.
3.Since the petitioner was compulsorily retired from service, this Court is of the view that the representation of the petitioner has to be considered and orders to be passed on merits. 4.In such view of the matter, there shall be a direction to the Page No.2 of 4
petitioner to give fresh representation to the respondents within a period of two weeks from today with acknowledgement and thereafter, the respondents shall consider the same and pass orders on merits within a period of two months.
5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
