(Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR,J.) This writ petition is filed for the following relief. "for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the Impugned Order bearing No.6178/tha.Ku.2/2023 dated 10.04.2023 passed by the 3rd respondent and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents to grant ordinary leave for 3 months without escort to the detenue, Senthil S/o. Subbiah, aged about 45 years, Convict No.13677, detained at Central Prison, Cuddalore."

2. Today, when the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the convicted prisoner has been

released by virtue of G.O.(Ms)No.483, Home (Prison-IVA) Department, dated 11.09.2023.
