This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the second respondent-Police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of investigation.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondentPolice and perused the materials available on record.
3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side)appearing for the respondent-Police submitted that after completion of enquiry, the respondent-Police closed the complaint. Since no complaint is pending before the respondent Police as on date, there is no question of harassment is made out.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also admitted that pending this criminal original petition, the respondent-Police advised the parties to approach the Labour Court as the dispute is between the management and workers and closed the complaint.
5. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel on either side and also considering the fact that the petitioner's complaint was closed, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 30.06.2025 mfa Index:Yes/No Speaking Order: Yes/No To
