The above Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the wife seeking transfer of H.M.O.P.No.60 of 2021 pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Chengulpet to the file of the Subordinate Court, Alandhur, Chennai. The above HMOP has been filed by the husband seeking restitution of conjugal rights on the file of the Subordinate Court, Chengulpet.

2. Mr.A.Saranraj, learned counsel appearing for the respondent husband has no objection to the transfer being ordered, accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
