This application has been filed to condone the delay of 135 days in filing writ appeal against the impugned order dated 11.11.2021 in W.P.No.23671 of 2021.

This court, on 30.08.2022, issued notice to the respondents. Record produced by the Registry shows that notice has been duly served on both the respondents.

Ms.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the second respondent has no objection for condoning the delay. Though served, first respondent is not represented.

The delay is therefore, condoned and this petition is ordered.
