This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the Petitioner seeking to condone the delay of 261 days in representing the Criminal Appeal against the order dated 20.11.2023 of the learned Special Judge for TNPID Act, Chennai in C.C.No.6 of 2020.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for Petitioner.

3. Mr.Durai Gunasekaran, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) has no serious objection in allowing this Petition.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the Petition, the delay stands condoned and the Petition is ordered.
