This Application has been filed to receive the documents on behalf of the respondent. Issues between the petitioner and the respondent will have to be decided on analysis of the evidence, after they are recorded.

2. On perusal of the documents filed and on hearing the learned counsel, the following documents can be taken on file and be admitted provided they are admissible, namely they are primary documents. (i) Birth Certificate of the petitioner's son; (ii) Death Certificate of the petitioner's husband; (iii) Petitioner's son school bonafide Certificate; (iv) Petitioner's husband Employee ID Card; (v) Petitioner's Aadhar Card; (vi) Petitioner's son Aadhar Card; (vii) Petitioner's husband Aadhar Card; (viii) Petitioner's representation to TANGECO (ix) Petitioner's representation to Tahsildar.

3. With these directions, the Application is partly allowed to that extent.
