This Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for the act of disobedience of the order of this Court dated 24.05.2024 made in W.P. No.13886 of 2024.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the Respondents submitted that a W.A.No.726 of 2025, has been filed before the Division Bench of this Court against the aforesaid order dated 24.05.2024. The learned counsel further submitted that in the said Writ Appeal, interim stay was granted.
