This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 21.09.2021 passed by this Court in C.R.P.(NPD)No.746 of 2017, thereby directing the respondent to hand over the vacant possession of the petition premises to the petitioner, within a period of six months.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent vacated the petition premises. The respondent also present before this Court and he handed over the Key of the petition premises to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.
