ORDER

This application has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 203 days in filing the review application seeking review of the order dated 04.09.2024 passed in W.P.No.37879 of 2015.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent / writ petitioner fairly submitted that he has no objection for condonation of delay subject to taking up the review application. In view of the same, the delay is condoned.

3. Mr.R.Ezhilarasan, learned counsel takes notice for the respondent / writ petitioner and seeks time to get instructions.
