This petition has been filed to clarify the order of this Court dated 09.07.2020 in Crl.OP.No.17376 of 2017.

2. This Court finds no grounds to recall the order passed by this Court dated 09.07.2020 in Crl.OP.No.17376 of 2017. However, the trial court is directed to complete the trial within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. It is needless to say that the petitioner is always at liberty to raise all the grounds raised in this petition before the trial court.

4. With the above direction, this petition is dismissed.
