This contempt petition is filed alleging non compliance of the order passed by this Court on 12.01.2022 in W.P.No.431 of 2022. 1/4

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court on 12.01.2022 in W.P.No.431 of 2022 has been complied with. He has also filed a status report dated 14.12.2022 to that effect.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that three coconut trees and one mango tree were not removed.

4. In reply the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the said trees comes under the control of the Panchayat and they do not obstruct free flow of water in the water canal.
