A.No.3138 of 2020 in C.S.No.131 of 2015 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN J, This Application has been filed seeking permission to file an additional written statement. Along with the said additional written statement, the Defendant also seeks permission to file further documents. 2.It is seen that the Defendant had cancelled the Trademark Registration No.1759431 in Class 30 and the documents relating to same have been produced and the new label now introduced by the Defendant for their new 'Kulambu Chilli Masala' are now sought to be produced before this Court.

3.The entire Suit surrounds infringement of trademark and any subsequent development of the Defendant or by the Plaintiff by either altering the existing mark or introducing changes would necessarily have to be brought to the notice of this Court.
