By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
2.The petitioner claims to be the resident of Avinashi Town for the past 25 years and with regard to conducting of festival of Avinashi Lingeshwarar Temple, there is dispute between two groups of people and with regard to the Temple land dispute of Arulmighu Avinashi Lingeshwarar Temple, civil disputes are pending and there is difference of opinion between two groups also, which is resulting in frequent law and order problem https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
affecting the peaceful tranquillity of the locality and the petitioner in this regard, submitted representation dated 14.06.2016, to the respondents 1 to 3 and despite that, the said problem is going on. Hence, the petitioner came forward to file this writ petition.
3.Heard the submissions of Mr.S.Gunalan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Govindasamy, learned Special Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
4.This Court considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the claim projected by the petitioner, permits the petitioner to submit a representation to the respondents 2 and 3, along with a copy of this order, as well as the copy of the representation submitted to the first respondent, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the respondents 2 and 3 on receipt of the same, are directed to consider the said representation, in accordance with law and pass orders, within a further period of ten weeks thereafter and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner. 5.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
