Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to forthwith to count 50% of the past services rendered by the 728 members of the petitioner's organization on daily wages for the purpose of conferment of pensionary benefits to them on line with G.O.Ms.No.408, Finance (Pension) Department dated 25.08.2009 on the basis of the Tamil Nadu Pension Rules, 1978 and also based on orders of the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court dated 03.12.2019 in W.A.Nos.158 of 2016 etc batch by considering and passing orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 28.09.2018 and the reminder dated 22.05.2021.

ORDER

Mr.L.S.M.Hasan Fizal, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the first respondent and Mr.P.Subramaniam, learned standing counsel takes notice on behalf of the second respondent.

2. This Writ Petition is disposed at the time of admission by directing the respondents to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 28.09.2018 and reminder dated 22.05.2021 of the petitioners organization/association in terms of the order dated 03.12.2019 in W.A.Nos.158 of 2016 etc batch subject to the petitioners organization/association paying the requisite Court Fee.

3. This exercise shall be carried out by the respondents within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
