ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the orders of this Court dated 16.08.2013 made in W.P.No.7406 of 2007.

2. It is submitted by learned Additional Advocate General that the terminal benefits as ordered by this Court has been paid to the petitioners including the pensionary benefits and the same has not been disputed by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

3. However, Mr.M.Stanly Chellappa, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that they had made some contribution to the General Provident Fund, which has to be refunded.

4. Learned Additional Advocate General has produced a letter dated 08.07.2023 addressed by the Director, Institute of Medical Health to the petitioners, wherein it has been stated that as and when the orders would be passed by the office of the Accountant General, the proceedings will be initiated in respect of the same.
