This petition is filed to amend the surrendering court as Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tindivanam instead of Judicial Magistrate, Tindivanam in paragraph 7 (i) of the Crl.M.P.No.3724/2023 in Crl.A.No.263/2023 dated 21.06.2023.

2. Mr.S.Sugendran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the first respondent and he did not raise any serious objection and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the petition is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendment and list the matter after four weeks.
