This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus, forbearing the 1st Respondent from Surveying the property situate at Venkatesapuram, Gudiyaatham Road, Katpadi in Survey No. 487/2G2, 602/2B7 measuring about 52 cents on request of the 5th respondent herein.

2. Though none appeared on behalf of the petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that if any request is given by the petitioner, the same will considered, after affording opportunity of hearing to the necessary parties.
