This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to take action based on the petitioner's complaint dated 02.06.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3.It is the case of the petitioner that the legal heirs of one Sakunthala giving trouble to the petitioner and have disconnected water supply and electricity connection. Therefore, the petitioner has filed the present petition seeking police protection.

4.In the opinion of this Court, the petitioner has to approach the civil Court seeking restoration of amenities either under the Rent Control Act or otherwise. If after any direction by the civil Court, there is further disturbance, police intervention can be sought.
