Crime No.792 of 2020 Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.16503 of 2020 dated 16.10.2020, the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 A.M., for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Monday at 10.30 A.M., until further orders.

ORDER

This case has been heard through video conference This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.16503 of 2020 dated 16.10.2020, directing the petitioners to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 A.M., for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Monday at 10.30 A.M, until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for modification of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.16503 of 2020 dated 16.10.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police on the first day of the every month, until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original petition is ordered.
