O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent-Police to conduct further investigation and include all the offences committed by the accused as stated in the petitioner's complaint dated 05.2.2025 in Crime No.294 of 2024 on the file of the second respondent-Police.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondentsPolice and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents-Police submitted that investigation was over and charge sheet was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Krishnagiri and the same was taken on file in PRC No.19 of 2025.

4. In view of the above, submission, this Criminal Original

Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy in the manner known to law if he is aggrieved with the charge sheet filed by the respondent-Police.
