(Bachelor of Physiotherapy) at Cherraan's College of Physiotherapy at No.521, Perur Main Road, Coimbatore - 641 039, Coimbatore District.

Heard both sides. When the above writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that the respondent has sanctioned educational loan in favour of the petitioner. The said statement of the learned counsel for the petitioner is recorded.
