(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH.,J) The petitioner seeks further extension of leave on the ground of continued ill-health of the convict.

2.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner produced the Doctor certificate dated 17.12.2020.

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the convict would be given all medical treatment in the prison. It has been further stated that the convict met the office bearers and the members of the party and took photographs. Thus, the petition will have to be dismissed.

4.We do not find any reason to extend the leave already granted by this Court. We have already exercised our discretion by extending the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis/

mmi/ssm leave. It is not as if the prison authorities cannot provide for the treatment which the convict seeks. Therefore, this miscellaneous petition stands closed, making it clear that the respondents shall extend all medical facilities and provide treatment to the convict after making a thorough examination.
