This petition is filed to accept the cause title shown in the present second appeal insofar as the respondent Nos.3, 4 and 5 are concerned who were shown as minors throughout the proceedings before the Courts below without being represented by the natural guardian or guardian. Therefore, now, the appellant seeks to show these minors/ respondents 3 to 5 as being represented by their mother as their next friend and natural guardian.

2. Considering the age shown to the minors in the plaint filed in the year 2005, it is evident that all the three have attained majority already and therefore, there is no necessity for a guardian or next friend to represent these persons who are no more minors. Therefore, I find the present petition is unnecessary. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.

Registry is directed to number the Second Appeal, if the same is otherwise, in order.
