ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.3284 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.24923 of 2024, dated 26.02.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30a.m., until further orders and he shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has not been complying with the condition regularly and further investigation in this case is almost completed.

3. Considering the submissions on both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24923 of 2024, dated 28.11.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on 1st working day of every month at 10.30a.m., until further orders.
