Prayer: Appeal against the decree of the Court of the Principal Subordinate Judge, Namakkal dated 05.04.2019 in A.S.No.93 of 2017 preferred against the decree of the Court of the Additional District Munsif Court, Namakkal in O.S.No.420 of 2013 dated 27.07.2017.

Decree : This Second Appeal coming on for hearing on this day upon perusing the grounds of Appeal, the judgment and decree of the Lower Appellate Court and the Court of First instance and the material papers in the suit and upon hearing the arguments of Ms.D.Sathya, Advocate for the Appellants and of Mr.T.Dhanya Kumar, Advocate for the Respondent, this Court doth order and decree as follows:

1. That the judgment and decree of the Court of the Principal Subordinate Judge, Namakkal dated 05.04.2019 in A.S.No.93 of 2017 confirming the judgment and decree of the Court of the Additional District Munsif Court, Namakkal dated 27.07.2017 in O.S.No.420 of 2013 be and hereby is confirmed and this Second Appeal is dismissed; and
