I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of this petition and I am of the view that the petition may be allowed on condition that the petitioner shall pay a cost of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees Thousand only) to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, High Court Campus, Chennai within a period of two weeks.
