C.M.P.No. 16208 of 2023 in C.M.A.SR.No. 29352 of 2022 SUNDER MOHAN, J This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 466 days in representing the above appeal papers in C.M.A.SR.No.29352 of 2022.

2. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of this petition and I am of the view that the petition may be allowed on condition that the petitioner shall pay a cost of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees Thousand only) to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, High Court Campus, Chennai within a period of two weeks.
