ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for transfer of investigation pending before the third respondent Police in Crime No.255 of 2022 to any other investigating agency.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the statements of witnesses have already been recorded and that the respondent Police is awaiting for the Viscera Report in order to finally conclude the investigation.

3. In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to conclude the investigation and file a Final Report or a Closure Report, as the case may be, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed off with the above directions.
