This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file final report in Crime No. 367 of 2016.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.
3. On the complainant lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police have registered a case in Crime No.367 of 2016 on 16.12.2016 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 435, 352 and 506(i) I.P.C. against three named accused.
4. Taking into consideration the nature of allegtion in the FIR, this court directs the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.367 of 2016 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and either file a charge sheet or a closure report as the case https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
