2.The above application is filed for raising the attachment in respect of the immovable property belonging to the 1st respondent which was attached vide order of this Court dated 22.07.2009 in A.No.3208 of 2008. It is stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application that the 1st respondent has settled the dues to the applicant and that there is no further claim against the 1st respondent. 3.Taking note of the above, this application is ordered as prayed for. The Registry shall issue necessary orders to the concerned Sub Registrar for raising the orders of attachment so as to enable him to P.T. ASHA, J, 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis/

A.No.3126 of 2020 and A.No.3208 of 2008 mps make the necessary entries in his records. The Sub Registrar shall not await the communication from this Court but shall proceed to act on the basis of this order if and when the certified copy of this Court is produced before him.
