Today the matter was listed under the caption "for Being Mentioned" by way of clarification to the Paragraph 2 of the earlier order of this Court in Crl.M.P.Nos.10032 and 10033 of 2019 dated 30.09.2019. 2.The submission of the learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) is to the effect that the petitioner's name has been dropped while subsequent charge sheet was filed on 16.09.2019 in Crime No.63 of 2019 and the same is hereby recorded.

3.All other observations made in the earlier order dated 30.09.2019 in Crl.M.P.Nos.10032 and 10033 of 2019 shall remain intact. 4.The matter remains clarified.
