O R D E R

This petition is filed, seeking for a direction to set aside the order dated 07.08.209 passed in Crl.Rev.No. 14 of 2009 by the Principal and Sessions Judge, Erode confirming the order dated 08.09.2005 passed in M.C. No. 13 of 2005 by the Judicial Magistrate Court, Bhavani.

2. The petitioner is husband of the respondent. Aggrieved against the orders, granting a maintenance of Rs.4,000/- to the respondent, the present petition has been filed to set aside the orders passed in the lower court.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that divorce petition preferred by the petitioner was dismissed and C.M.A. No. 2839 of 2008 has been filed before this court and at the request of the parties, C.M.A. No. 2839 of 2008 has been forwarded to the Lok Adalat for adjudication and under such circumstances, the petitioner seeks for a direction that the present Crl.O.P. No. 19440 of 2009 may also be posted before the Lok Adalat.

4. In view of the the submission made, the office is directed to forward the petition in Crl.O.P. No. 19440 of 2009 to the Lok Adalat for hearing and deciding along with C.M.A. No. 2839 of 2008.
