..Respondent Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records dated 30.01.2012 made in Memo No.11648/Pa.Pa.Mai.2/Ma.Po.Ka/2011 passed by the respondent and quash the same consequently directing the respondent to pay the review benefits and service weightage with arrears from the date of denial to till date with 12% interest.
