Respondents Prayer: Original Petition filed under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 praying to set aside the Award dated 09.12.2006 and order dated 2005 and direct the first respondent to pay the liquidated damages of Rs.5.675 crores together with interest at 18% p.a. from the date 15.12.2000 till the date of payment to the petitioner for the delay in completion of Section 1 of the work and to direct the respondents to pay the costs of the proceedings to the petitioner.
