PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, praying to direct the learned VII Metropolitan Magistrate (FTC-III), Saidapet to dispose of the C.C No.3563 of 2016 pending trial within the time frame as may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the Court below to complete the proceedings within a time limit to be fixed by this Court.

2. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned VII Metropolitan Magistrate (FTC-III), Saidapet to complete the trial in C.C No.3563 of 2016 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and report before this Court after completion of the Trial.
