ORDER

Heard the learned counsels appearing for the parties concerned.

2. This Writ Petition has been filed praying that this Court may be pleased to direct the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 31.08.2012, and to direct the second respondent, to grant admission to the petitioner, in M.Sc. (Chemistry) Course, in the second respondent College, for the academic year 2012-13.

3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the first respondent had submitted that the petitioner could not be admitted in the M.Sc. Course for the academic year, 2012-13, in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the second respondent College, as she had not produced the community certificate, which was necessary for being considered for such admission.

4. In view of the above fact, no relief can be granted as prayed for by the petitioner, at this stage. Hence, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Connected M.P.No.1 of 2012 is closed.
