CRIME NO.10 OF 2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify one of the condition to execute a bond with two blood related sureties passed in Crl.O.P.No.13755 of 2020 by order dated 11.08.2021.

Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. C.S.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR. L.BASKARAN, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed for modification of the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.13755 of 2021 dated 11.08.2021.

2. This court while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner directed the petitioner to execute a bond with two blood related sureties.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the complaint is against the petitioner and his family members. Therefore, the family members of the petitioner could not execute a bond with the blood related sureties. Hence, he prayed for modification to execute the bond.

4. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Except this all other conditions remain unaltered.
