This Criminal Original Petition is filed praying to call for the records of the complaint filed by the respondent herein in S.T.C.No.351 of 2012 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Salem and quash the same as far as the petitioner's concerned.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner reported that the case in S.T.C.No.351 of 2012 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Salem was dismissed for default and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.
