This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in MC.No.8 of 2018 on the file of the Family Court, Salem and quash the same.

2. The respondent has initiated proceedings under Section 125 Cr.P.C. in M.C.No.8 of 2018 before the Family Court, Salem, against the petitioner, for quashing which, this petition has been filed.

3. In the opinion of this Court, a petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C. cannot be a subject matter of review in a proceeding under Section 482 Cr.P.C., Since the disputed questions of fact cannot be gone into in a petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the points before the trial Court. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
