This application is filed by the applicant to appoint employee of the applicant viz., Mr.Mathew Abraham Manaloor, ABM as receiver to seize and take possession of the vehicle, which is morefully described in the schedule to the Judges Summons which is lying in the custody of respondent or his men, agents, servants, from his premises or wherever found with Police aid and break open of premises if necessary.

2. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the award has been passed.

3. This Court is of the view that since the award has been passed, the applicant shall workout his remedy before the Execution court by enforcing the award.
