5. Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for. The written statement filed along with the application is taken on record.

6. Learned counsel for the respondents/defendants seeks time to get instructions with regard to further alienation of the property by the defendants.

7. At his request, post the suit and O.A.Nos.684 and 685 of 2019 on 24.11.2021.
