Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records relating to the selection of candidates for the post of Drugs Inspector in Tamil Nadu Medical Service 2009-10 & 2011-12 of the 2nd respondent in proceedings No.Nil dated 27.06.2012 and its Annexure dated 19.07.2012 and 23.07.2012, quash the same so far as it relates to the non selection of the petitioner is concerned and direct the respondents to revalue the answer sheets of the petitioner pertaining to the written and competitive examination for direct recruitment of Drugs Inspector in Tamil Nadu Medical Service 2009-10 and 2011-12 based on the correct key answers and select and appoint the petitioner as Drugs Inspector in Tamil Nadu Medical Service 2009-10 and 2011-12.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and has also submitted a letter dated 27.10.2015 to the Registry to that effect.
2.In view of the submission of the letter dated 27.10.2015 to the Registry, seeking withdrawal of the writ petition, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
