Crl.O.P.No.19313 of 2025 has filed by the petitioner seeking bail in S.C.No.169 of 2024 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 324, 302, 120(B), 149 & 109 of IPC in connection with Crime No. 380 of 2023 1/4

Crl.O.P.No.19351 of 2025 has filed by the petitioner seeking bail in S.C.No.216 of 2024 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 324, 302, 120(B), 149 & 109 of IPC in connection with Crime No.95 of 2023.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an accused facing trial in S.C.No.169 of 2024 and S.C.No.216 of 2024 and petitioner was arrested on the strength of the NBW through P.T Warrant and he is in prison from 13.02.2025 and 19.03.2025 respectively. He further submitted that the petitioner's wife is at the advance stage of pregnancy and he has to be beside his wife to take care of her. He further submitted that the petitioner undertakes to co-operate with the trial.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) strongly opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner stating that apart from these cases, petitioner has nine previous cases. Hence, he opposed for grant of bail

4. Considering the bad antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. 2/4
