This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to 2nd respondent to file a final report in Crime No.32 of 2016 dated 25.06.2016 on the file of respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that a case in Crime No.32 of 2016 has been registered and is being investigated by the respondent police.

4. In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report as expeditiously as possible.
